Coastal Impressions - Acrylic Seascapes on Board

Date: Sunday 24th May 2026

Time: 1pm till 4pm

Where: The Harbour Arts Centre, Irvine

This is an acrylic workshop allowing you to play and experiment painting on a wooden cradle board. More versatile and robust than a traditional canvas, wooden boards allow you to have more freedom to explore various mark making techniques without compromising the surface.

In this session you’ll have the opportunity to work on a ready primed board to create your own textured artwork. Working from reference photos or your own resources you’ll be able to create your own seascape painting to take home.
