Pastel Seascapes: A Beginner’s Workshop

Date: Sunday 6 December
Time: 1pm till 4pm
Where: Harbour Arts Centre, Irvine

Whether you’re completely new to soft pastels or already have some experience and would like to develop your skills further, this relaxed and friendly workshop is designed to help you explore the medium, build confidence and enjoy some guilt-free creative time.

You’ll be guided through a range of key soft pastel techniques, with plenty of encouragement and support along the way. There will also be lots of freedom to experiment, allowing you to discover approaches that suit your own style.

During the session, you’ll work on pastel matt to create your own atmospheric seascape.

You don’t need to be an experienced artist, beginners are very welcome. The workshop is all about having fun, experimenting and giving yourself time to be creative.
