SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Order Confirmation - On placing your order, you will receive an email confirming details to the email address that you provided.
I aim to despatch orders within 3 working days, however items that are made to order may take slightly longer and information on this will be emailed to you.
If there are any issues with delivery you will be notified by email and kept up to date with any tracking if applicable.
Please check your SPAM email if you haven’t received your confirmation email.
Please note that refunds can only be given for damaged or faulty goods. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please take photos of damage and the original packaging and email me at email@example.com (with proof of purchase) to request a refund and I will try my best to resolve the issue for you.
Please do not send items without requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
